Cream Cheese Apricot Dip

(My teaching partner at school introduced me to this scrumptious appetizer.  It may seem unappealing at first... but just wait until you taste it!  Every time I've served this it's gone in no time... very yummy and addicting!)

1 brick cream cheese, softened
apricot  preserves - spooned over cheese
peanuts crushed, placed over preserves
green onions chopped, over the top

Serve with wheat thins or any other crackers...  try it!  You'll see...

I made this for our Bible study group last night! When I made it, I was thinking "oh man, they are not going to like this"...and when I took it to the group, everyone said "what IS that stuff?"....but then we couldn't stop eating it! It IS very good! Thanks for the recipe!
